The Baltimore Avenue and Lancaster Avenue Business Associations have teamed up to host WEST (Winter Express Shoppers’ Trolley), a holiday shopping experience! This free trolley will travel along both Baltimore and Lancaster Avenues stopping along the way at designated shopping and dining destinations. This event will be held on December 8th from 12 PM – 5 PM. Businesses will welcome riders with specials and discounts. Baltimore Pet Shoppe will offer 20% off Holiday toys, treats, and accessories during the Event. Hope to see you there!
